Services

Services are provided with a goal to integrate clinical expertise, evidence based and client/patient/caregiver perspectives to provide high-quality services reflecting the interests, values, needs, and choices of the individuals served.

Free Consultation

I can meet with you, discuss your needs, answer your questions, and conduct a simple screening to determine if a more thorough evaluation and/or therapy services are needed.

Evaluations

Please contact me to schedule an evaluation. We will complete a brief history form over the phone. You will then be asked to fill out a more detailed case history on the day of the complete evaluation.

Formal and informal assessment may be required to evaluate any areas of concern. Evaluation results are shared with the client and caregiver and a written report with results and recommendations are given. Based upon the plan developed, services may be recommended for a one, two, or three times weekly basis.

If you or your child has had an evaluation completed elsewhere that does not contain sufficient information, an additional evaluation may need to be completed.

Individual Treatment

We can achieve greater progress when the client's experience is positive, so I strive to make therapy fun and meaningful, by using developmentally appropriate materials, and the client's interests to achieve our goals. Therapy sessions are typically either 50 minutes, with weekly or bi-weekly session frequencies. However, other therapy durations and frequencies based on the specific needs of each individual client will be considered.

Custom Therapy Plan and Goals

We meet as a team to discuss the evaluation results and put togerher an individualized plan with specific therapy goals that will be targeted.
